Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. All courses/appointments must be canceled 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Courses/appointments can be rescheduled once. Reschedules must be made within 30 days of the original appointment date. If you are unable to make a course/appointment, please let me know as soon as possible and we can reschedule or move your registration to another course date. It is the Instructor's decision whether or not to cancel a course/appointment because of inclement weather. If a course/appointment needs to be canceled due to inclement weather, the Instructor will schedule another date for completion. These cases do not count as your opportunity to reschedule. If you are unable to make a class/appointment, you can also transfer the class/appointment to a friend or family member provided they have the background needed for the course/appointment. For out-of-state courses/appointments, the class minimum needs to be satisfied. If the minimum isn’t satisfied, the Instructor may cancel the course/appointment. If it is canceled, students will receive a full refund. Deposits on courses/appointments are non-refundable if the student cancels.
